Jens Birk Andersen

PhD Industrial Researcher

Jens is a PhD Industrial Researcher in System Architecture at Samsung Semiconductor and an Industrial PhD Fellow under the supervision of Pınar Tözün at ITU. His research focuses on the intersection of computer systems and machine learning, with particular interest in storage hierarchies and I/O paths in deep learning, as well as data movement and protocols such as CXL.

He holds a BSc in Software Development from ITU and an MSc in Computer Science from UCPH.
